By accessing or using EduSarva at edusarva.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

EduSarva is a free online educational platform that provides programming courses, interactive quests, AI-assisted tutoring, and learning games for children. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the sign-in features of EduSarva. The Kids section (edusarva.com/kids) is available to users of all ages without an account.

By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and that the information you provide is accurate.

You may sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity that occurs through your EduSarva account. You agree to notify us immediately at contact@edusarva.com of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, its servers, or databases.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Abuse, circumvent, or exploit the AI tutor or other AI-powered features (including automated scripting or excessive use that degrades service for others).
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any proprietary component of the Service.
• Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All content on EduSarva — including course materials, lesson text, quest questions, code examples, graphics, and software — is the property of EduSarva or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EDUSARVA AND ITS OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed CAD $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EduSarva and its operator from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
