EduSarva ("we", "us", "our") is a free online learning platform available at edusarva.com. We are operated by a sole developer based in Ontario, Canada. Questions about this policy can be sent to contact@edusarva.com.
We collect only what is necessary to save your learning progress:
We do not use advertising networks (including Google AdSense) and we do not serve ads.
EduSarva offers a Kids section at edusarva.com/kids with educational games for children. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13.
The Kids section is entirely stateless — no accounts, no sign-in, no cookies, and no data storage are used for the children's games. Children can use the games freely without providing any information.
The Google Sign-In feature is available on the main learning platform for users who are 13 years of age or older. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at contact@edusarva.com and we will delete it promptly.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:
These services are governed by their own privacy policies. We have no control over data processed by these providers beyond what is described above.
EduSarva does not set any tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser may store authentication tokens set by Firebase (a first-party session mechanism), and we use localStorage to cache your progress locally for performance. Neither of these constitutes tracking cookies, and no cookie consent banner is required for these uses under Canadian law.
Your account data (email and progress) is retained for as long as you have an account. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing contact@edusarva.com. We will delete your account records within 30 days of a verified request.
Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and where applicable under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@edusarva.com. We will respond within 30 days.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including enforcing HTTPS on all connections, applying strict database security rules, and using industry-standard authentication. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of EduSarva after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
